1. Is your product made of 100% human hair?
Yes, our hair products are made of 100% human hair.
2. Do you have lengths and colors of hair other than the ones listed?
Yes, we do. This is a custom order. It may take a few extra days to get, although
there is no surcharge for a custom order. All custom orders must be prepaid
in full. Please call or email us to let us know what you need. We will do our
best to get it for you. As for the length of hair extensions, we can get up
to 36” long. For colors, see our color chart.
3. Is there any variance of shade of hair colors?
Yes, there is variance in shade, textures, and curl patterns on each shipment.
4. How long does it take before you ship my hair?
We understand you want to receive your order as soon as possible. Occasionally
the item you selected might be out of stock, and we are waiting for it to be
delivered to us. The average time you can expect to wait for us to ship your
order is three to five business days. In the event we cannot ship your order
in that amount of time we will contact you immediately so you are aware of the
delay.
5. How to place an order? Are you open to public?
Yes, we are open to public, no matter how many bags you are purchasing. There
are two ways to place your order. If you want to make an appointment to come
into our salon and place your order you can pay by credit/debit card, check
or cash. If you want to shop online you must pay by credit card, just follow
the instructions to make a payment when you check out.
6. What are payment methods?
You have three options to make a payment for your purchase. The first one is
to make a payment by credit card through our online store. The second one is
to make a payment at our salon by credit/debit card, check or cash. Third one
is to make a payment through Western Union or Money Gram by wire transfer. Wire
transfer is for wholesalers only and your order must be $1000 or more.
7. Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we do ship overseas. For shipping out of the United States we use USPS
Air Parcel Post. Please be aware of your own countries customs policies. Non-United
States shipping may take a little longer than shipping in the United States.
Normally Air Parcel Post will take four to seven Business days after shipping
for you to receive the package. Air Parcel Post does not guarantee delivery
within one week and may take up to three weeks. The time the shipping will take
depends on the customs and postal system. If you have any special shipping needs
please email us so we can accommodate you.
8. What is your shipping method?
For shipping in the United States we use UPS
ground. Typically UPS ground will take two
to five business days after it is shipped for you to receive the package, we
will email your tracking number to you as soon as your order ships. If you have
any special shipping needs please email us so we can accommodate you.
9. What is your return policy?
For sanitary reasons, hair products are not returnable. All sales are final.
If we send you wrong items by our error, or in the rare case of a factory defect,
you may return the products, but it must be in its original condition. Jamaican
Braids will exchange your hair. Please note that Jamaican Braids will hold no
responsibilities for the hair extensions dyed, cut, texture altered by customers.
If you have received the wrong order or you have defective hair extensions,
you must call us first and get our authorization number before you return the
merchandise. Any returns without authorization will not be accepted. The claim
must be made within 5 calendar days upon receipt of your order. No C.O.D no
exceptions please.
10. What is your privacy policy?
The privacy and protection of your personal information is very important to
us. We will not sell or share our customer’s information with any one
or any organization. Your personal information is only used to process your
order.
